One framework, one party accountable to you
Whenever you register for and use Acosmi (including the web agent and Agent Studio), Crab Code (CLI and desktop), Bench (Zhonglvbao) legal workbench or Trusted Timestamp e-evidence, you are dealing with a single corporate group — the Xiezhua group (also referred to as the "Acosmi system").
The Xiezhua group is operated jointly by two affiliated companies that belong to one and the same system:

Under a unified brand, a unified account system and unified privacy and security standards, the two companies jointly and collaboratively provide services to you under the single name "Acosmi (the Xiezhua group)." Regardless of which entity actually performs a given feature, you can reach us through one set of support channels, and the Xiezhua group coordinates the response. The full statement of this unified relationship is set out in the Terms of Service (Master Agreement).
China region vs. International region
Every agreement ships in two editions:
- China region (中文) — for users who register or use the services within the mainland of the People's Republic of China, drafted under the PRC Civil Code, Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), Cybersecurity Law, Data Security Law, Electronic Signature Law, Consumer Rights Protection Law and related rules.
- International region (English) — for users outside mainland China, drafted under the applicable law of your jurisdiction, including the GDPR, ePrivacy and the CCPA/CPRA.
Switch the language (中文 / English) at the top right to read the edition for your region. Where the Chinese and English editions diverge, the edition in the language of the jurisdiction that actually applies to you prevails for that user.

Account deletion, anytime
