Go SDK status

Existing Go code is not claimed to match the current TypeScript surface.

The repository contains Go SDK source, but current docs do not assert version-by-version parity or full acceptance with @acosmi/sdk-ts@2.19.6. Use exact registered HTTP contracts when required and preserve request idempotency, retry classification and credential/fund isolation. Publish maintained Go source/version and consumer acceptance evidence before claiming equal coverage.
