Signing API

Envelope queries and gated signing operations have distinct readiness.

ComplianceClient exposes createSigningEnvelope, getSigningEnvelope, listSigningEnvelopes, syncSigningEnvelopeStatus, listEnvelopeContracts, listEnvelopeProviderRequests and voidEnvelope. signEnvelope and createH5SigningUrl require the server capability and step-up gates. A scope or successful quote alone does not authorize signing or prove provider delivery. Paid operations must bind their original hold to internal execution evidence before settlement.
