Agent Run API

AgentRunsClient has its own creation, artifact and event contract.

The current TypeScript source exposes AgentRunsClient creation, artifact downloads, event streaming and local-tool handling. Use its exact request/event types and the registered backend contract. This does not turn the legacy CrabCode Sessions/Workspaces prototypes into supported open-platform routes. Credential, attribution, billing and capability acceptance remain separate gates.
