Short Codes and Channels

Short-code resolve uses `/api/v4/public/channels/resolve/:shortCode` and requires active channel plus published app.

Real entry

• Consumer page: /c/[shortCode].
• Short-code resolve: /api/v4/public/channels/resolve/:shortCode.
• Only active channels and published apps can become consumer entries.

Permission layers

• Guest: can enter public pages, with trial limits, but no full history/upload/tool/share capability.
• Signed-in user: can persist conversations and use sidebar history.
• Bound contact: required for higher-trust actions such as sharing.
• Admin: configures app, channel, knowledge, memory, and tools.
